1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong size or style selected
Custom or personalized orders
All purchases are considered final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To qualify:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement item at no extra cost.
3. Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
The item must be unworn and in original condition
Damage must be due to transit or manufacturing defect
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
4. How to Report a Damaged Product
Email us at support@divinejewels.uk with the following:
Your order number
Photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
Description of the issue
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds under this policy. Only replacements will be provided for eligible damaged or defective products.
