2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement item at no extra cost.

3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Damage must be due to transit or manufacturing defect

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

4. How to Report a Damaged Product

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refunds
